The combination of CJC-1295 and ipamorelin is one of the most synergistic GH stacks in peptide research. CJC-1295 (with DAC) extends the half-life of GHRH to 6–8 days through covalent binding to albumin — animal studies showed 2–10× increases in basal GH levels. Ipamorelin as a selective GHRP agonist stimulates GH secretion without cortisol or prolactin elevation — an important advantage over older GHRPs like GHRP-6. In combination both peptides produced synergistic GH release in rat models that exceeded the sum of individual effects. Animal studies documented improvements in body composition: increased muscle mass, reduced visceral fat, improved bone density — without the IGF-1 overstimulation of classical GH analogues.
